La Costa on Thames - Manager

La Costa on Thames is a latin restaurant that was opened late in June 2023. My roll with this project is to plan, develop and conceptualize the overall ambience of the restaurant. I had a large hand in selecting the tableware, interiors and decor in the restaurant while staying under budget. My team and I were then was tasked with developing a creative food and beverage menu based off of our food truck La Costa. I currently am managing the restaurant and am responsible for daily operations, money handling and reporting, reviewing sales reports and projections, maintaining food safety, hiring and scheduling, marketing, and creating and posting social media content.
